“Terry responded to our call quickly and came the next day to evaluate our septic system after an inspector claimed everything was wrong with it. His camera showed the tanks and pipes were in great condition, the well was located appropriately away from the system and while water was slow filtering didn’t mean a new septic system was needed, he recommended a sludge hammer. Within the two weeks he was here, the entire system was installed and it took 5 hours. He will certify the system and our buyers now can expect a great working septic. I recommend him because of his knowledge and the fact he tests out new technology before using it with customers. If you are a realtor, use him for septic inspections not just inspectors.
